Celebrate Halloween with us at UNOmaha!
We are an all female chamber ensemble, interested in exploring the power of creative collaboration and highlighting the role of women in the world historically and in the future as it applies to music and the unique musical picture of the everyday that we as women, in very different stages of life bring to our music.
Our unique repertoire and instrumentation sets us apart from other chamber groups. We are actively pursuing the commissioning of new works and are passionately committed to education and the crucial role of children and youth in the sustainability of chamber music.
The trio was brought together by our love of music, music education, friendship and the unusual color combination our instrumentation brings. We are all highly energized and interested in bringing new, innovative insights and ideas to the classical music scene.
Our past performance experience has included recitals at Augustana Lutheran Church Music Concert Series and the College of Saint Mary recital series and a music business lecture and master class at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Future engagements include the Omaha Chamber Music Society, Organ Vespers Series, Iowa State University Guest Recital Series, and other recitals throughout the Midwest.
